Peter Silcock
Joint founder of DCode Liverpool and trainer. He is a Bachelor of Philosophy (Education) from the University of Birmingham, and is a Master of Education from the University of Cambridge. Peter has been teaching English for over 30 years.

He has led courses for business professionals in Spain, Portugal, France and Brazil, and is particularly interested in organizational behaviour and international management. He is a native of Liverpool.

Brian Short,
Course Director. He obtained his teaching qualification in Madrid and a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English at the University of Aston in Birmingham. Brian has been teaching in Spain for over thirty years and has been Course Director on several Business Courses organised by Business Federations, as well as INEM and FSE courses.

He has been an examiner for the University of Cambridge Examinations. His main interest is "getting the message across" and "Building Social Bridges in Business". He is a native of Wirral.
